The innovative cafe TOO brings casual dining to a higher level of creativity. Our seven cooking theatres, each featuring a different culinary style, are showcases for the best of international cuisine as well as stages for our chefs' engaging performances.

Island Gourmet
The Island Gourmet features an inviting selection of home-made pastries, chocolates, breads, sandwiches and other light fare, all freshly prepared for you by our staff.

Lobster Bar and Grill
Our guests enjoy savouring an evening cocktail at the Lobster Bar and Grill, which showcases an innovative dining menu and a vibrant social ambience. The bar features live performances six nights a week.

Nadaman
Since 1830, the famous group of restaurants known as Nadaman has been treating discerning diners in Japan to fine kaiseki cuisine. Here in Hong Kong, Shangri-La had the privilege of creating the first Nadaman outside of Japan, and the elegant presentation and delicate tastes that comprise this historic dining tradition have attracted patrons ever since.
Our Nadaman restaurant features separate teppanyaki and sushi areas, a private tatami room, and an ¨¤ la carte dining area.

Restaurant Petrus
Perched high above the city with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour, Restaurant Petrus epitomises the highest standard of excellence in grand cuisine, and includes a wine cellar which features one of the most extensive wine lists in Asia.
The restaurant's Alsace and Burgundy rooms are available for intimate private parties.

Summer Palace
At the Summer Palace, the best of Cantonese cuisine is presented with great gastronomic skill by Master Chef Lee Keung. The menu features the best of Cantonese specialties and seasonal favourites.
Yum Char or Dim Sum is available for daily lunch, with a wide selection of dim sum favourites.

Lobby Lounge
The Lobby Lounge is a relaxing place to meet, socialise or enjoy afternoon tea with a view of our tropical gardens and luxuriant banyan tree. In the evening, refreshing cocktails are served whilst our pianist plays for you.

Pool Deck
You'll find the casual and cosy Pool Deck beside our outdoor swimming pool, with views of the verdant heights of Victoria Peak and some of the city's famous skyscrapers. It's an ideal venue to enjoy light snacks and exotic cocktails whilst relaxing in the sun.
Effective 28 December 2007, the Pool Deck will be closed for refurbishment and will re-open in mid February 2008.
