The
Shamrock is an economy class hotel and places you in the centre
of Kowloon peninsula. Simply enter the Shamrock to experience
the atmosphere of warm and friendly service.
The building is slowy being renovated piece by piece
to improve the class of each guest room and to give the hotel
a new look.
The hotel is located on Nathan Road right around the corner
from Jordan MTR station, exit C. It will literally take you
about 2 minutes to get from the hotel to the train platform
and thus offers easy access to most parts of Hong Kong.
Very close to the hotel is Kowloon Park which has swimming pools
and lovely big green lawns and gardens - the ideal place for
some peace and quiet after the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong.
The Star Ferry is about 15 minutes walk away, Temple Street
Market and Jade Market are both nearby.
The public airport bus (A21) stops close to the hotel and costs
HK$33 one way, allow approximately 45 minutes to get to the
airport.
Each of the 158 guestooms at the Shamrock offer comfortable
accommodation. Updated facilities include air-conditioning,
electronic key card, personal safe (deluxe room and higher category),
IDD telephone, remote control television, in-house pay movies,
mini bar, hairdryer (on request). The
Deluxe Twin room has 2 double beds and can sleep 4 adults
or 2 adults and 4 small children. This room type cannot accommodate
extra bed. Interconnecting rooms are available for deluxe
rooms, which comprise one twin bed room and one double bed
room.
The Family Suite comprise a separate room, which
has one double bed and one single, and a small sitting area.
All of the rooms have private bathrooms, natural light, and
some look out onto Nathan Road. |
