Private Tours

20% discount will be offered for Child (please refer to ages specified for each tour) accompanying with minimum 02 adults, EXCEPT TT11-13 and TT17 are WITHOUT child reduction. |

Private Cruise Tours means cruise on joint-in basis but accompanied by German/French speaking guide on board |

German/French/Spanish (on request) speaking guide can be arranged for Walking Tour |

We'll provide private car/coach only in Macau for Macau Tour (TC01-TC02). Transfers hotel-pier-hotel in HKG are on joint-in basis. If private transfers are also needed, please refer to our transfer rate sheet for additional costs. |

Lantau Island Tour (TT07/TT08/TT10) for 01-05 pax will be accompanied by language speaking guide in taxi or public bus (NOT private coach) as it is too costly to charter a coach for small party. Transfers hotel-pier-hotel are by taxi only. |

Lantau Island tour on private basis will be arranged on Weekday only. It is not recommended to travel on Weekend as it is too crowded. However, if there is any enquiry, we can quote upon request. |

We'll provide transfers from/to hotel for all Private Tours (except Macau Tour). The guide will pick up clients from their hotel. |

For 01-09pax on Sat tours Cantonese Opera Appreciation class are on join-in basis organized by HKTB. For 10pax up this class may not be possible to arrange and maybe substituted by a Tai-Chi session, thus pick up time may vary.

Cancellation and No show policy

1. |
When the tour reservation is confirmed with tour participant, no cancellation is accepted within 96 hours from departure. |

2. |
Change of date of a confirmed reservation is subject to the availability and the amendment should be made at least 96 hours before the original date otherwise full price of the tour will be charged. |
3. |
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation should be made at least 96 hours prior to departure by written notice. |
4. |
No refund will be given to no show tour participant. |
5. |
If the itinerary or means of transport be changed or tour be prolonged due to unforeseen circumstances, all extra expenses will be borne and pay in cash by the tour participant. |

If the tour should be cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen traffic condition, the company will consider partial refund to all tour participants. |
| 7. |
If a tour participant has to leave the tour group due to accident, injury, or serious illness, partial refund will be considered. No refund will be made available for a tour participant who otherwise quit the tour group on his own accord. |
